We’re excited this autumn and thankful for all the joy it brings. At Ivy Kids we always integrate seasonal activities into our curriculum and enrichment activities with students.
Currently, Ivy Kids students are having a blast learning about the Pumpkin life cycle, discovering how seeds become plants and much more!

How to make your own paper roll scarecrow
For this project, you’ll need: paper roll, felt (you can also use construction paper or card stock), googly eyes, crinkle paper, black marker, glue
Step 1: Cut a strip from felt or construction paper and glue it at the bottom of the paper roll.
Step 2: Glue crinkle paper at the top of the paper roll. You can also staple it.
Step 3: Cut a ring out of felt, construction paper or foam and slide it down the top part.
Step 4: Cut out a strip of matching felt and glue it to the top to complete the hat.
Step 5: Add googly eyes, nose made from felt and draw the mouth.

Check out our annual Fall festival trunk or treat! We promise a guaranteed great time for the entire family, young and old alike. We will feature “trunk or treat,” a live DJ, Costume contest, Food Trucks, Bumper Cars, Petting Zoo, Pony Rides, Bounce House, Photo Booth, and fun fall games!

If you decide to enroll your child after touring our school during our Fall Festival Trunk or Treat, you will receive $300 credit on your tuition after the first month!
